Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in AI or analytics products who can independently own complex product areas, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead the development of production-grade Agentic AI systems. You will be a key voice in shaping the AI product strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Agentic AI platforms.
• Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of complex AI-powered features.
• Work with AI architects and engineers on RAG pipelines, multi-agent frameworks, and LLM integration.
• Define and track evaluation metrics, accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and user satisfaction.
• Drive alignment across 3-5 stakeholder groups, including business, engineering, legal, and design.
• Write detailed PRDs with HLD context, data flows, and edge case handling.
• Define OKRs at the squad level with measurable key results.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PM practice building.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on Agentic AI trends.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of product management experience with at least 2 years on AI/ML or analytics products.
• Background from analytics companies Mu Sigma, EXL, Fractal, Tiger Analytics, Tredence, LatentView, Quantiphi, TheMathCompany, AbsolutData, Sigmoid, Dunnhumby, ZS Associates, or Axtria.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, agent frameworks, and AI evaluation.
• Strong experience with OKRs, roadmapping, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to ship AI features end-to-end in production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation tools like Ragas or LangSmith.
• Exposure to vector databases, Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Experience working with compliance and responsible AI frameworks.
