Senior Product Manager 2

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager II to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Define product requirements by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Prioritise features based on customer needs, business goals, and data insights.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Analyse product performance using key metrics and customer feedback.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify new product opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.
• Continuously improve customer experience through data-driven product enhancements.

Requirements:

• 8-11 years of Product Management experience.
• Proven experience owning products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories, and managing product backlogs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams.
• Customer-first approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
• Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis.
• Experience launching and scaling successful digital products.
