Senior Product Manager (SPM2)

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of consumer-facing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C/D2C product companies, a deep understanding of customer journeys, and a proven track record of building and scaling products that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver impactful customer experiences at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for key consumer-facing platform initiatives.
• Identify customer pain points through data analysis, user research, and market insights.
• Define product vision, business goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, prioritization, execution, launch, and optimization.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Drive growth initiatives focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and business metrics to identify opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 7-12 years of product management experience.
• Strong experience in consumer internet, B2C, D2C, e-commerce, travel, food tech, fin tech, OTT, ed tech, or marketplace platforms.
• Proven experience managing products with large-scale user bases.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, user journeys, growth funnels, and engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 Tableau, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field from a reputed institute.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred.
• Experience building personalization, recommendations, loyalty, or engagement products.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven consumer experiences is a plus.
• Experience working in high-growth product organizations.
