Senior Product Manager - STB

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in Set-Top Box (STB) products to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital TV, IPTV, Android TV, Hybrid TV, and OTT-enabled STB solutions. The role involves defining product strategy, gathering customer requirements, working closely with engineering and partners, and ensuring successful product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for STB platforms and related services.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from operators, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Work with engineering teams on hardware and software feature development.
• Manage STB products across the entire lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life.
• Drive integration with middleware, CAS/DRM, OTT applications, and video delivery platforms.
• Collaborate with chipset vendors, OEM/ODM partners, and technology providers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and business KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with operator, regulatory, and certification requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Set-Top Box (STB), IPTV, Cable TV, DTH, Android TV, or Video Platform products.
• Strong understanding of STB hardware architecture, Linux/Android TV platforms, IPTV, DVB, OTT ecosystems, Middleware solutions, CAS/DRM technologies, and Video streaming technologies (HLS, DASH).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
