We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer - AI with strong expertise in Python and agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems, integrating large language models (LLMs), and developing autonomous AI agents for enterprise-scale applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python.
  • Build production-ready Agentic AI solutions using modern AI frameworks.
  • Develop autonomous AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent automation systems.
  • Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
  • Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar foundation models into business applications.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Backend, and DevOps to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure AI applications follow best practices for security, observability, and production deployment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in AI.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python (Mandatory).
  • Strong experience in agentic AI development (mandatory).
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
  • Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or pgvector.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, backend development, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and AI observability tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and system design skills.
