Senior Software Engineer - AI

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will work on building and deploying scalable AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows in production environments. You will collaborate with backend, frontend, and data science teams to develop innovative AI solutions and improve customer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents Integrate AI/ML models, embeddings, and APIs into scalable microservices.
• Build and optimise RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, and multi-agent workflows.
• Work on prompt engineering, context management, and token optimisation.
• Ensure production reliability, including latency optimisation, observability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionise AI models and workflows Implement monitoring, evaluation, logging, and feedback mechanisms for AI systems.
• Ensure AI safety, security, prompt protection, and hallucination controls.
• Develop reusable AI tools, SDKs, and workflow templates.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python.
• Good understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI concepts.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RAG architecture and vector databases.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI providers.
• Knowledge of REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of embeddings, vector search, evaluation metrics, and AI workflows.
