Sr. Engineering Manager (Agentic AI)

We are looking for a strong Sr. Engineering Manager - AI Engineering with deep exposure to building and scaling AI-driven platforms and Agentic workflows in production environments.

Requirements:

• Experience: 12-16 Years.
• Strong awareness, hands-on exposure, and architectural understanding of LLM Integration, RAG Pipelines, Prompt Engineering, AI Evaluation / Eval Frameworks, Agentic AI Architecture, Agentic System Tracing and Observability.
• Experience working with at least one orchestration framework such as LangGraph (preferred) or LangChain / similar Agentic frameworks.
• Ability to drive AI-led transformation for traditional business workflows and operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, business communication, and executive presence.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with business teams for AI use-case rollout and adoption.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in product-driven environments.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to AI ecosystem partners/platforms such as ElevenLabs, Decagon, Wondercraft / similar AI platforms.
• Experience evaluating and integrating external AI tools, APIs, and conversational AI platforms.
• Strong product mindset with ability to balance experimentation and scalable execution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on engineering leader who can guide architecture while also influencing product and business outcomes.
• Strong attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in fast-moving AI environments.
• Prior experience building AI/GenAI solutions in production is highly preferred.
