PPC Specialist

Our current main product is a platform for e-commerce sellers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.). The project has multiple modules: high load inventory sync system, warehousing system, real-time pricing system for multiple platforms, affiliate module with an average of 2M daily requests, big data storage with history on over 10M products, applications for iOS and Android.

We are looking for a PPC Specialist to drive paid acquisition for our US market. This position involves working in the office, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of our workspace and direct collaboration with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for the US market: Search, Shopping, and Performance Max;

• Own the product feeds in Google Merchant Center and Microsoft Merchant Center: optimize titles, attributes, and custom labels for a catalog of millions of ISBNs;

• Plan and manage budgets around strong seasonality (semester start and end), forecast results, and reallocate spend based on performance;

• Optimize campaigns toward profit-based KPIs (POAS, CPA, new-customer CAC), not just ROAS;

• Launch and test new channels: paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat) and ads in AI platforms (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Mode);

• Run and scale app user acquisition campaigns (iOS and Android);

• Manage advertising campaigns on major US marketplaces;

• Set up and maintain conversion tracking together with developers: GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion imports;

• Run experiments with bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages, then turn the results into actionable decisions;

• Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the team;

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers on landing pages and tracking improvements.

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, ideally in e-commerce and the US market;

• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Smart Bidding strategies;

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Advertising beyond importing campaigns from Google;

• Experience working with product feeds in Google Merchant Center;

• Solid analytics skills: you are confident with GA4 and GTM, can spot a tracking issue, and can formulate a clear request for developers;

• A data-driven mindset: you make decisions based on numbers and can explain the reasoning behind them;

• Good teamwork and communication skills;

• English B2+ (you will write ad copy for a US audience).
