岗位职责：
1. 客户需求对接与收集 ：负责与客户进行需求对接和收集，为业务部门提供支持 。
2. 项目交付与售后 ：跟进整个项目的生命周期，包括借测项目，确保产品交付后识别运行准确、稳定、快速 。
3. 技术支持 ：解答客户在项目调试过程中遇到的疑问，提供技术支持 。
4. 客制化需求开发 ：根据客户需求，开发客制化的功能或算法，或者协调内部研发团队进行开发 。
5. 项目现场支持 ：在项目现场进行调试和安装工作，确保项目顺利进行 。
6. 能力提升与培训 ：参加公司组织的培训，提升自身技术能力; 同时，对代理商进行培训，提高其技术水平 。
7. 问题反馈与总结 ：及时向支持中心反馈项目中遇到的问题，并总结经验教训，为后续项目提供参考
任职资格
1. 学历与经验要求 ：本科以上学历，非应届毕业生需要有 AI 或机器人、机器视觉等相关的项目经验。
2. 技能与能力要求 ：
1. 具备现场交付、调试和开发能力，能够独立完成项目的调试。
2. 熟悉硬件故障排查、Pickwiz 使用和相机调试等技术。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与客户、研发团队和其他部门有效协作。
4. 具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，能够快速掌握新技术和解决现场遇到的问题。
3. 工作态度与性格要求 ：
1. 愿意接受出差安排，适应现场工作环境。
2. 工作认真负责，有良好的执行力和时间管理能力。
3. 性格外向开朗，善于与人沟通和交流。
