About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, combining OOTB configuration with custom development. The ideal candidate can engage customers, shape solutions, and support technical conversations, including demos.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop solutions across Sales / Service / Experience, and Other Salesforce Cloud using both standard OOTB configuration and custom development.
- Build custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware).
- Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Present solutions to business and technical stakeholders, articulating value and technical fit.
- Build and deliver demos/POCs, including Agentforce use cases, where applicable.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales / Service / Experience / Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Strong hands-on skills in OOTB configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts) and custom development.
- Strong Apex skills - triggers, classes, asynchronous patterns, production-quality code.
- Strong LWC skills - building performant custom components for real-world scenarios.
- Solid integration experience - REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, or middleware.
- Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Good to Have :
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce.
- Exposure to Omni Studio and Omni Scripts.
- Exposure to any of the Industry Clouds.
- Prior pre-sales or solutioning experience in a Salesforce consulting/product environment.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Other Salesforce Certification, etc.).
