1、负责商业化/开源AI大模型的训练、推理及调整;
2、负责将商业化/开源 AI算法和模型集成到汽车营销、制造和行政管理等系统中，实现系统的智能化功能，如智能客服、智能推荐等;
3、负责商业化/开源AI产品的测试、上线、用户培训;
4、负责集成AI模型后系统性能优化和技术维护，同时保障数据的安全和隐私。"
任职要求
专业技能：
1. 拥有计算机科学、统计学相关专业本科及以上学历，掌握人工智能、机器学习、深度学习的基础理论与算法。
2. 熟练使用至少一种深度学习框架，如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等，能独立完成 AI 大模型的搭建、训练与优化。
3. 至少掌握 Python、Java 等一种编程语言，熟悉常见数据处理、分析工具，熟悉常规数据库操作。
项目经验：
4. 有商业化或开源 AI 大模型训练、推理及优化的实战经验，能够根据不同场景和需求调整模型参数优先。
5. 曾主导或深度参与过将 AI 算法和模型集成到业务系统的项目优先。
能力素质：
6. 具备独立解决问题能力，能够快速定位并解决 AI 模型训练、集成及系统运行中的复杂技术问题。
7. 良好的沟通协作能力，能够与跨部门团队，如市场营销、产品、运维等紧密合作，推动项目进展。
8. 对新技术保持高度敏感和学习热情，能快速掌握并应用到实际工作中。
