工作职责
1、负责东风公司总部人力资源管理制度在各职能部门的有效贯彻与执行，协助COE做好总部日常人力资源管理工作，包括员工招聘、绩效考核、薪酬激励、轮岗交流、人才培养与赋能、劳动关系管理等，助力提升总部组织活力与运行效率。
2、负责东风公司总部各职能部门对应职能系统的人才管理工作，包括人才盘点、人才库建设、人才考评、专项培养赋能等，推动职能系统人才结构优化与能力提升。
3、支持东风公司总部职能部门及职能系统组织变革工作，确保变革过程中人力资源相关举措平稳落地、衔接有序。
4、深入挖掘东风公司总部职能部门及职能系统在人力资源管理中的难点与痛点，针对性提出合理化建议及优化方案，推动管理效能持续提升。
5、参与东风公司总部职能部门及职能系统各类重要会议，深度融入业务运营; 搭建多元沟通渠道，积极倾听员工心声，精准解读人力资源政策制度; 营造积极向上、团结奋斗、和谐共享的团队氛围，为公司高质量发展构筑坚实的人力资源根基。
任职要求
一、工作经验要求：具有3年以上HR工作经历。具有HR多专业领域经历者优先
二、知识技能要求：
1. 具备业务解读能力、HR战略思维能力和连接能力;
2. 具备一定的项目管理能力;
3. 具备一定的抗压能力和解决复杂问题能力。
三、学历及年龄要求：本科及以上，35岁及以下
四、综合素质要求：
1. 具有较强的沟通/协调能力
2. 具有积极的工作态度及服务意识、客户意识、团队合作精神
3. 具有较强的学习、创新能力
4. 工作态度严谨细致、认真负责
五、外语要求：CET-4
