Experience Qualifications and CompetenciesExperience:
- 5 years in IT program or project management preferably within enterprise environments.
- 23 years in a leadership/supervisory or delivery-focused role.
- Bachelors Degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2) preferred.
- ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate)
- Proven experience managing IT projects or programs end-to-end.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Understanding of Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) platforms Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) integration processes and digital tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving and proactive risk management.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle escalations.
