In this role, you'll own the evaluation framework for our internal traffic assets and campaigns-suggesting what goes where to maximize traffic efficiency across the board. Working hand-in-hand with the product, marketing, operations, and user growth teams, you'll turn massive datasets into sharp, data-driven decisions that drive conversion and LTV. We're looking for a data-savvy, business-minded, and structured problem-solver who loves turning numbers into growth. Role Responsibilities
1. Building the evaluation framework that benchmarks the efficiency of every internal traffic asset and campaign.
2. Suggesting what goes where, using historical and behavioral data to match the right campaign to the right slot and maximize traffic ROI.
3. Writing complex, optimized SQL to extract, clean, and model massive datasets, turning them into clear, logical, and actionable reports.
4. Designing and running rigorous A/B tests, defining control groups and statistical frameworks to isolate the true incremental impact of each campaign and slot layout.
5. Leading campaign post-mortems and turning the insights into repeatable playbooks that sharpen future campaign and operations strategy.
6. Partnering daily with product, marketing, operations, and user growth teams, translating raw data into clear, strategic recommendations that directly drive our growth.
Role Qualifications
1. 3-5 years in Business, Growth, or Product Analytics within e-commerce or fast-growing digital platforms.
2. Strongly structured thinking-you turn raw data into clear, strategic recommendations and communicate them effortlessly across product, marketing, and operations.
3. Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query and model large datasets efficiently.
4. Proficiency in English, with Mandarin skills highly preferred.
5. A Bachelor's degree or higher.
6. A proactive, open-minded, reliable, and detail-oriented teammate who stays curious, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
