岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、负责交叉新销售岗位SOP的建设、包含但不限于绩效方案、培训体系、奖惩机制、复盘机制、过程管理机制等;
2、带领销售小组深耕用车老客户，制定老客从"单一用车"向"用车+商旅"多场景迁移的增长和销售策略;
3、负责小组完成自拓业绩指标、拆解目标、小组的日常管理、销售的培训、组织周度/月度复盘、持续提高小组人效;
4、协同产品及相关协同团队，保障客户签约落地;
5、完成客户签约后的维护，解决客户问题，提高客户的用量，加强客情关系，沉淀标杆客户案例。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、2-5年ToB销售经验，1年以上销售小组带教/带队经验，有企业服务、SaaS、差旅出行、企业福利、政企大客户经验优先;
2、熟悉对公销售全流程，具备企业开发、商务谈判、方案销售能力，能独立打标杆单、带团队拓新;
3、具备存量深耕思维，有存量交叉增收经验者优先;
4、数据敏感度高，擅长漏斗管理、节奏管理、复盘迭代，能带团队稳定提效、降低流失;
5、目标感强、抗压能力强，逻辑清晰，擅长团队激励与人员培养。
