岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.制定和执行渠道发展战略和计划，根据公司的业务目标，规划渠道布局，拓展渠道网络，重点拓展国央企差旅福利平台、地方福利平台、全国及地方总工会等;

2.负责渠道合作伙伴的招募、评估和管理，确保合作伙伴的质量和数量满足公司发展需求;

3.与合作伙伴共同制定企业商旅、出行场景销售目标和计划，并监督执行情况，推动渠道销售业绩的提升;

4.协调公司内部资源，为渠道合作伙伴提供支持和服务，解决合作中的重大问题。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.有3年以上tob销售、渠道经理等相关经验，有国央企、金融行业、SaaS行业从业经验者优先。

2.有较强的沟通能力和人际交往能力，能够与不同背景的人建立良好关系。

3.具备一定的市场分析和判断能力，能敏锐捕捉市场信息。

4.有较强的执行力和团队合作精神。

5.有商旅、Saas、国央企、金融机构、商会等伙伴资源优先。
