工作职责 / Responsibilities

1. 根据运营销售侧提供的业务数据线索，从车型分解、方案配置、业务份额、竞品情况等方面搭建并定期梳理业务整体情况，输出月度业务实际状况报告、主要OEM的竞品态势分析，同时支持月度出货预估分析与月度预实情况对比报告。

2. 协助支持汽车事业部各类指标预实分析，监控销售目标由指定分解到实际完成阶段的全程pipeline及forecast，跟进结果进度，协助产出各维度的指标预实分析报告。

3. 熟悉汽车市场相关知识和行业报告情况，协助智能汽车事业部市场数据收集分析，包括：月度整体车市动态、汽车相关政策追踪与解读、主要OEM及新能源车企的车型数据梳理等。针对业务需求，整合不同渠道的报告，协助产出各维度的车型分析报告。

4. 建立并完善销售与销售运营沟通机制，确保业务信息拉通效率，并以市场动态、竞品态势等信息赋能支持销售工作。

5. 参与销售管理流程系统运作，协助推动并优化销售管理流程效率与执行。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 3-5年汽车行业/ADAS 销售运营经验，具有一定的汽车市场行业知识，基本的数据分析能力。

2. 理解adas业务，理解、学习能力强，逻辑分析能力强。

3. 为人认真踏实细致，有较强的沟通协同能力。

4. 具备大型Tier 1 或其他ADAS相关企业的销售运营/BP Planning 团队的工作经验者优先。

5. 对于自动驾驶和芯片行业有使命感，追求挑战和自我迭代，有较强的自驱力和抗压能力。
