Lead Generation Internship

Job Description: DIGILORD is seeking a Lead Generation Intern to support its business development efforts from Karachi. This internship is suited to someone who wants hands-on experience identifying potential customers, researching target markets, and helping a team build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.

Responsibilities include:

• Research companies and decision-makers that match target customer profiles using online sources and available business databases.
• Compile, verify, and maintain accurate prospect information, including company details, relevant contacts, and lead status.
• Support outbound prospecting by preparing lead lists and assisting with personalized outreach materials for the business development team.
• Track responses and follow-up activity, update records in spreadsheets or a customer relationship management system, and flag qualified opportunities.
• Review lead-generation results with team members and suggest improvements to research methods and data quality.

The intern will work with the team to learn practical prospecting workflows, communicate findings clearly, and contribute to organized, reliable lead data. The role is office-based in Karachi and does not require regular travel.Job Specification:

• Strong online research skills, including the ability to identify relevant companies, markets, and business contacts from reliable sources.
• Good written communication and attention to detail when organizing prospect information and preparing outreach notes.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets to enter, sort, filter, and verify lead data.
• Basic familiarity with customer relationship management tools or willingness to learn them quickly.
• Ability to assess whether a prospect fits a target profile and keep lead records consistent and up to date.
• Organized approach to managing research tasks, priorities, and follow-up information.
• Curiosity, coachability, and willingness to work collaboratively with business development colleagues.
