Role Summary:
Responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to deliver strong performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for business planning.
Requirements:
- 12-18 years of sales experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
