Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, training and mentoring team members, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a back-office environment.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling customer inquiries and issues.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and a willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
