Full Stack Developer (React/ Angular)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and build modern, scalable web applications with mobile accessibility and App Store experience. This role is ideal for a developer with strong full-stack capabilities who enjoys working across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools.

You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable, and high-performing applications while taking an active role in technical problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Ideal Profile

Full Stack Development

• 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and/or Angular.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience developing responsive applications for both desktop and mobile users.

Mobile & Cloud Technologies

• Experience with applications deployed to or integrated with the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
• Experience with React Native, Ionic, Capacitor, or similar mobile technologies is advantageous.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.
• Experience with Docker and containerised applications is beneficial.

AI-Assisted Development

• Strong practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Codex, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with agentic AI development tools and workflows.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI agents for development, testing, debugging, and problem-solving while maintaining strong software engineering standards.

Development Practices

• Strong understanding of Git and modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience with automated testing and deployment pipelines.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand, review, and validate AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable full-stack web applications for desktop and mobile users.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and/or Angular.
• Develop backend services, APIs, database integrations, and third-party system integrations.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, maintainable, and optimised for performance.

Mobile & Application Delivery

• Contribute to applications deployed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
• Support mobile accessibility and cross-platform application experiences.
• Work with mobile technologies such as React Native, Ionic, or Capacitor where required.

AI-Assisted Engineering

• Use AI coding tools and agentic development platforms to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
• Evaluate and review AI-generated code to ensure it meets security, performance, maintainability, and engineering standards.
• Explore emerging AI development technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the software development lifecycle.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, debugging, and production support.
• Identify technical challenges proactively and recommend effective solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across development practices, tooling, and application quality.
