About project:
We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer for our client, a company working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for business users. The role focuses on technical development, customization and support of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, especially around Sales, Customer Service and Field Service areas.
Responsibilities:
As Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer you will be developing, customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions;
You will be working with Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules;
You will be supporting technical work around Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions;
You will be collaborating with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and support implementation decisions.
Requirements:
6+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development, with strong hands-on experience building and extending enterprise Dynamics solutions;
Technical Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development profile, not a functional consultant profile, with significant hands-on coding and solution development experience;
Strong experience designing and developing complex Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including custom functionality and solutions that extend beyond standard out-of-the-box platform capabilities;
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools as part of regular software development activities;
Ability to effectively use AI coding tools for development activities, including code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and technical problem-solving, while independently reviewing and validating AI-generated output;
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including hands-on development across one or more modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service;
Experience with Dynamics 365 extensibility frameworks and development patterns, including plugins, custom APIs, workflows, client-side scripting, Dataverse development, or similar platform capabilities;
Strong knowledge of software development frameworks and technologies used with Dynamics 365 CE, including C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse SDK/Web API, or equivalent technologies;
Experience designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems, using REST APIs, Azure services, middleware, or other integration technologies;
Availability to work with overlap to Polish client business hours, approximately 15:00-23:00 Manila time during Polish summer time.
