We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Business Development Consultant to join our company. Ditto Hire (www.dittohire.com) is a software company based in Cape Town with a strong focus on servicing the recruitment/human resources industry and we are currently expanding to Europe with our first branch opening in Amsterdam.

Requirements

  • New business development experience in software / technology industry
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch
  • Find and manage new leads
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Software sales experience
  • Reach monthly sales targets set by line managers
  • Contact and follow up with prospective clients
  • Manage process flows set out by line managers
  • Ensure agreed KPAs and sales targets are achieved in line with business requirements
  • Reach performance targets relating to productivity, adherence, turnaround time and quality
  • Constantly and proactively look for ways to improve efficiencies through performance, communications, procedures and systems
  • Assist in increasing sales revenue within the sales department
  • Continuously work towards improving the customer experience and service delivery
