* Product Specialist (Aesthetics)

About The Role

• The Product Specialist (Aesthetics) is responsible for driving the promotion and sales of aesthetics products across assigned accounts in Vietnam. This role builds trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and aesthetic practitioners to ensure product excellence, compliance, and sustainable business growth.

What You Will Deliver

• Develop and execute channel sales activity plans to achieve budget targets on time, continuously improving both quality and quantity of output
• Build and maintain a strong customer network through regular visits, with call frequency tailored to customer profiles and product usage needs
• Promote assigned products in accordance with approved content and regulatory guidelines, ensuring accurate and compliant product information reaches the right healthcare professionals
• Distribute and utilize approved promotional materials effectively, delivering complete and accurate product information through targeted programs
• Provide timely feedback to the Product Marketing team to support program effectiveness tracking and optimization
• Ensure all documentation, customer data, and expense reports are accurate, submitted on time, and maintained in compliance with company procedures
• Safeguard the confidentiality of company information and ensure all work-related documents are properly organized, stored, and secured
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience managing aesthetic clinic or aesthetic center channels
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations including the Vietnam Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Compliance, Ministry of Health decrees, circulars, guidelines, and company compliance procedures
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and effectively to both customers and internal teams
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
