About the RoleDokitami is recruiting a Full Stack Developer to become part of its technology team. This is a full-time, remote position that reports into a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
The company is seeking a highly capable and experienced professional with a strong track record in both frontend and backend development, and the ability to build, integrate, maintain, and enhance web applications that scale.
The person in this role will collaborate closely with product, design, operations, and fellow technical teams to deliver dependable, user-centred digital products.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, test, and maintain web applications that are responsive and capable of scaling.
- Create high-quality frontend applications using contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop dependable backend services, APIs, and application logic.
- Connect third-party APIs and external services into existing systems.
- Design, administer, and fine-tune databases.
- Detect and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical problems.
- Put in place suitable authentication, authorization, and security safeguards.
- Ensure applications remain scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain.
- Write code that is clean, reusable, thoroughly documented, and efficient.
- Take part in code reviews and help shape development standards and best practices.
- Work alongside designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to turn requirements into working solutions.
- Track application performance and keep improving overall system efficiency.
- Support existing applications and deliver new features in line with business and product needs.
- Contribute to technical planning, architecture, and decision-making.
