Zoho Solution Consultant

Position Summary

We are

looking for a Zoho Solution Consultant who can understand business processes,

recommend suitable Zoho/ManageEngine solutions, coordinate implementations, and

support digital transformation initiatives for SMB and enterprise clients.

The ideal

candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem products, client

communication, workflow automation, and implementation consulting.

Core Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering

• Understand client

  workflows and operational challenges

• Conduct discovery

  meetings

• Prepare BRD/SOW/process

  document

2. Zoho Implementation Consulting

Experience

in:

• Zoho CRM
• Zoho Books
• Zoho Desk
• Zoho Projects
• Zoho People
• Zoho Creator
• Zoho Flow
• Zoho Analytics

3. ManageEngine Understanding

Basic to

intermediate understanding of:

• ServiceDesk Plus
• Endpoint Central
• ADManager
• Asset Management
• ITSM workflows

(Not

mandatory expert level initially)

4. Mail Migration & Admin

Basic

knowledge of:

• Zoho Mail
• Google Workspace
• Microsoft 365
• DNS/MX/SPF/DKIM
• Email migration process

5. Automation & Integration

• Workflow automation
• API understanding
• Third-party

  integrations

• Process optimization

6. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with

  internal and external implementation teams

• Track milestones
• Conduct UAT
• Training &

  documentation
