WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Production Support team. In this role, you will help ensure the stability and performance of business-critical applications running on mainframe technologies. You will gain hands-on experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL, and enterprise support operations while working alongside experienced technical professionals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor, maintain, and support COBOL and DB2-based production applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and system issues.
- Analyze batch job failures, application errors, and production alerts.
- Execute production support activities following established procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures accurately.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related courses.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of SQL, databases, and programming concepts.
- Eagerness to learn COBOL, DB2, JCL, Mainframe, and enterprise technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
