DXC Technology is an American information technology services company formed in 2017 by merging Computer Sciences Corporation with the enterprise services division of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. It runs and modernises the IT estates of large organisations, covering cloud and infrastructure operations, application management, security services, and industry software for insurance, banking and healthcare clients across some seventy countries. Headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the company has spent recent years shrinking legacy outsourcing revenue while trying to grow consulting and engineering work.

Job Description:

DXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) helps insurers around the world modernize and run their core operations at scale by combining deep industry expertise, proven software platforms, and innovative AI-driven solutions. A global market leader in core insurance platforms, ISB delivers solutions across policy administration, claims, billing, analytics, and digital engagement supporting Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, and Specialty insurance markets. You’ll directly shape how the world's leading insurers operate by helping to transform the policy, underwriting, and claims systems that millions of people rely on every day.

Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, the Injury Management Advisor (IMA) provides clinical guidance and support to Case Managers, helping to deliver evidence-based injury management and sustainable return to work outcomes.

About You

You are an experienced professional with a strong understanding of injury recovery, rehabilitation and return to work principles. You are confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders and enjoy mentoring others to achieve positive outcomes.

You will bring:

  • A qualification in an allied health or health-related discipline (such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing or a similar field)
  • Experience developing and implementing injury management and return to work plans
  • The ability to assess clinical information and collaborate with treating practitioners to achieve the best recovery outcomes
  • Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to support and develop Case Managers
  • Experience facilitating case conferences, claims reviews and stakeholder discussions
  • Sound knowledge of medical terminology, treatment pathways and rehabilitation principles
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A genuine passion for supporting people through their recovery journey

Desirable

  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or Workers Compensation
  • Knowledge of injury management legislation and return to work frameworks
  • Project improvement or quality assurance experience

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf.
