Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior SAP VIM and OpenText BCC Consultant to support and enhance a critical invoice processing platform running on SAP ECC 6.0. The role combines application maintenance, incident resolution, service requests, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on invoice digitization, OCR, workflow automation, and SAP Finance integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP VIM and OpenText BCC solutions in an SLA-driven environment.
- Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and handle service requests.
- Configure and enhance SAP VIM invoice processing workflows.
- Maintain and optimize OpenText BCC/OCR capture solutions.
- Support invoice validation, approval, posting, and exception handling processes.
- Develop and implement business enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders on continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of SAP VIM experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- PO and Non-PO invoice processing
- Approval workflows
- Validation rules
- Exception handling
- SAP FI/AP integration
- 5+ years of OpenText Business Capture Center (BCC) experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- OCR configuration
- Capture fields and validation rules
- XML/PDF invoice processing
- Capture application customization
- Error troubleshooting
- SAP ECC 6.0 knowledge.
- Experience with SAP FI, Accounts Payable, MM Invoice Verification, and Workflow Management.
- AMS/support services experience in production environments.
Nice to Have

- Document archiving and lifecycle management.
- Experience managing evolutive backlogs and continuous improvement initiatives.
