ServiceNow Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow team implementation enhancement and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope timelines budgets resources and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices.

The ServiceNow Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders architects developers consultants and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects including planning execution monitoring and closure.
• Manage project scope schedules budgets risks dependencies and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops project meetings steering committee sessions and status reporting.
• Ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITAM HRSD CSM SecOps GRC or other platform capabilities.
• Work closely with ServiceNow architects and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks issues and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to project governance quality standards and organizational processes.
• Manage third-party vendors implementation partners and external stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption training change management and transition to support teams.
• Prepare executive-level reports dashboards and project documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ServiceNow roadmap planning.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 years of project management experience delivering enterprise IT projects.
• 2 years of experience managing ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
• Experience with Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project budgets timelines and vendor relationships.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
• PMP Agile Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in digital transformation IT service management or enterprise platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience working in large enterprise or government environments.
