Digital Designer

A key objective in the Customer function is to grow Customer Love. We do this by supporting owners throughout their entire ownership lifecycle. From the moment a customer registers their machine, we engage them with purpose. This includes onboarding, maintenance and cleaning tips and recommendations to enhance their experience with S&A. CRM is a primary channel to deliver these experiences.

We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our Global Customer CRM team and help create these digital assets to support these CRM campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and develop digital assets for email, web, and other channels, based on global templates and guidelines
• Use HTML and CSS to customise and refine campaign content, ensuring consistency and quality across devices and platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and content teams to ensure designs meet business goals and brand standards
• Test digital assets across platforms for quality and technical accuracy
• Work efficiently with design systems, asset libraries, and brand guidelines
• Support the delivery of campaigns within tight deadlines
• Design visually appealing and easy to read digital assets that drive engagement and maximise action on CTAs across campaigns

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS (SFMC experience is a bonus)
• Experience adapting and localising digital assets, preferably for email and web
• Good eye for layout, detail, and consistency
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently with existing templates and brand guidelines
• Analytical problem-solver who can troubleshoot design or rendering issues
• Good communication skills and willingness to work with multiple teams
• Comfortable and adaptive to designing around the technical and creative boundaries of SFMC

Desirable but Not Required

• Familiar with SFMC Content Builder and comfortable working with features like set content block layouts, dynamic content and AMPscript and able to design within its capabilities and limitations
• Experience with any email marketing platform e.g. Adobe Campaign, Braze, Hubspot, Mailchimp etc
• Exposure to personalisation and segmentation to design assets that adapt content and layouts for different audiences
• Understanding of email testing tools such as Email on Acid for rendering checks
