Role Summary:
Oversee the structural engineering design lifecycle, managing bidding estimations, technical guidance, team mentorship, structural integrity reviews, QA/QC protocol enforcement, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform estimation calculations for bidding and awarding phases.
Drive the design workflow and deliver technical guidance through the conceptual design phase.
Lead, manage and mentor a team of structural engineers overseeing implementation of design concepts and working methodology.
Review structural integrity, design calculations, analysis, drafting quality, implementation of DFMA principles code adherence and enforce QA/QC protocols across all design deliverables.
Manage project schedules overseeing team performance and adherence to KPIs.
follow-up on execution of design projects.
Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders externally and internally.
Work Conditions:
Office-based with on-demand external visits.
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Structural / Civil Engineering.
10+ years of experience, including team leadership.
Structural design, detailing, drafting and analysis; CAD and FEM software; estimation; quality and project management.
Fluent Arabic; professional English.
