What you’ll do:

负责华南区域MOEM业务拓展与销售达成，通过维护存量客户、开发新客户及新渠道，实现年度销售目标增长，重点突破数据中心、3C半导体及新能源等关键行业，推动伊顿低压业务在区域内的持续增长。

深挖客户潜力，推动季度业务进展;

完成个人年度销售指标（约400万）。

新客户与新行业开发

负责区域内新客户开发及业务拓展;

聚焦数据中心、3C半导体、新能源等重点行业，实现突破与收入增长;

持续拓宽业务来源，提升市场占有率。

渠道拓展

开发具备目标行业客户资源的渠道合作伙伴;

推动渠道与伊顿低压业务建立长期稳定合作关系;

提升渠道覆盖率及销售贡献。

市场与竞争分析

收集并分析竞争对手动态及市场策略;

持续跟踪客户侧竞争情况;

基于市场变化及时调整销售策略与行动计划"

Qualifications:

大专及以上学历

3年以上电气、自动化等相关行业销售经验;

有欧美品牌销售背景优先。

熟悉数据中心、3C半导体或新能源行业者优先

具备优秀的客户开发及关系维护能力;

市场敏感度强，能够快速响应竞争变化;

具备渠道拓展经验和资源整合能力;

良好的沟通协调能力及抗压能力;

目标导向强，具备结果驱动意识。
