- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the respective technology stack.
- Logical, thoughtful, and diligent engineer who takes ownership of challenges from problem identification through to resolution.

Apply AI-assisted development practices across the ADLC to accelerate solution exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Develop high-quality backend applications with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to turn ideas into seamless digital experiences.
Write optimized, reusable code while following strong engineering practices and standards.
Design and develop RESTful APIs that enable smooth and reliable data exchange.
Design efficient schemas and queries across SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Actively participate in team planning, technical discussions, and retrospectives, bringing fresh perspectives that help the whole squad improve every sprint.
Stay curious about emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to improve engineering quality, productivity, and problem-solving through AI.
Partner with your Engineering Manager to shape your development journey and turn learning goals into meaningful progress.
Expected Strengths and Competencies:
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying and maintaining web applications using Node.js and JavaScript.
- Ability to design clean, maintainable backend architecture focused on performance, security, and long-term scalability.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and scalable API structures.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization across MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean coding standards, and hands-on experience using Git for team collaboration.
- Ability to review, validate, refine, and safely integrate AI-generated code and recommendations using independent technical judgment.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with Vue.js or React.js and an understanding of frontend development.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistant tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent AI development tools.
- Good knowledge of AI-ADLC practices and the ability to identify opportunities to use AI across development workflows.
- Exposure to building and optimizing systems for high traffic, reliability, and growing user demands.
- Exposure to Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Familiarity with security considerations in web application development.
