Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, determine and cater their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Office Maintenance: Monitor office supply inventory, identify shortages, keeping the office well-stocked.

Clerical Support: Assist with copying, scanning, printing, and organizing physical and digital documents.

Meeting & Event Coordination: Assist with setting up equipment or catering for corporate events (if have).

Project Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support to various departments (e.g., Administration or Operations) with ongoing projects (if have).

Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.

Organization: Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities and time-management skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attitude: A proactive learner, team player, and adaptable problem-solver.
