  • Travel to client locations approximately two to three times per quarter to strengthen partnerships, perform due diligence reviews, and support strategic account management initiatives.
  • Represent eCapital professionally during client visits and industry-related meetings.
Strategic Portfolio Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze portfolio trends, market conditions, client performance metrics, and operational data to identify emerging risks and opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of portfolio reviews, client interactions, risk assessments, and action plans.
  • Support internal and external audit activities as required.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, Collections, Customer Service, Account Management, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and resource for complex portfolio situations and client-related matters.
