Graphic Designer

Job description:

We are seeking an accomplished Graphic Designer to join our dynamic SaaS organization. In this role, you will partner with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to deliver high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand identity, enhance customer engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes. Your creative expertise will directly support product launches, digital campaigns, and customer communications across global platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Assets: Develop impactful creatives for social media, paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and in-app experiences.
• Product Collateral: Design professional assets for product demos, reports, presentations, case studies, and customer success stories.
• Brand Governance: Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Growth Marketers, and Content Strategists to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Creative Performance: Contribute to A/B testing initiatives to optimize CTR, conversions, and user engagement.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Motion & Video Editing: Provide basic video editing support for product explainers, social media reels, and campaign assets.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred)
• Canva for agile creative development
• Typography & Layout mastery

• Video Editing - advantageous for multimedia campaigns

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital-first work.
• Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or product-based companies strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to combine creativity with business impact, delivering designs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile SaaS environment.
