Edwards Lifesciences is an American medical device company that became independent from Baxter in 2000 but traces its work to the first commercially available artificial heart valve, developed by Miles Lowell Edwards in the late 1950s. It concentrates entirely on structural heart disease and critical care monitoring, and its transcatheter aortic valve replacement business changed cardiac practice by allowing valves to be delivered through a catheter rather than through open chest surgery. Headquartered in Irvine, California and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it holds a leading position in a market it largely created.

  • Drive training and change management initiatives that accelerate Salesforce.com adoption, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and enhance overall commercial excellence.

  • Promote strong sponsorship and ownership of learning and development programs among leaders and managers to build sustainable capabilities and maximize program impact.

  • Perform other incidental duties as required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or master’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of related HR experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership, learning and development, commercial excellence, or relevant consulting experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience preferred.

  • Experience implementing and managing learning and development programs, policies, processes, and procedures in a complex business environment.

  • Experience working with HR technologies and Microsoft tools and applications.

What else we look for:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic priorities into practical, scalable learning solutions.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and evolving business environment.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships, collaborate virtually, and work effectively across functions and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends, thought leadership, and leading practices in learning, commercial capability building, and talent development.

  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, interpersonal communication, negotiation, and listening skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and employee experience mindset.

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose needs, define solutions, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Creative thinking and innovation in the design and implementation of programs that are practical, engaging, and aligned to business outcomes.

  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills, with the ability to pivot as business needs evolve.
