EE Wellness Hub is a recently opened fitness centre in Satellite Town, Lagos, and is looking for a Front Desk Executive to serve as the initial point of contact for members and guests. The successful applicant should be personable, highly organized, and enthusiastic about providing top-tier customer service within a dynamic and fast-moving setting.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and assist clients and members in a polite and professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries received in person, by phone, via email, and through social media channels.
- Oversee membership sign-ups, renewals, and payment processing.
- Keep precise records of attendance, membership details, and daily transactions.
- Help coordinate scheduling for fitness sessions and classes.
- Offer administrative assistance to the gym's management team.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain tidy, well-organized, and inviting.
- A minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification; holding a Bachelor's Degree is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist positions is preferred.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer use.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and stay composed under pressure.
- A warm, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
