We're growing fast and looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to lead our Talent Acquisition team, shape our recruitment strategy, and ensure we attract and hire exceptional talent as we continue to scale.
This is a people leadership role at its core. You'll lead a team of experienced Talent Acquisition professionals, helping them grow, collaborate, take ownership, and deliver outstanding results together.
Beyond leading the team, you'll take full accountability for our recruitment function, from workforce planning and hiring performance to stakeholder partnerships and continuous improvement.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, ownership, and high performance.
Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support individual development and career growth.
Build a strong team identity, encouraging knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, and shared accountability for results.
Develop and execute a Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with Eldorado's business objectives and ambitious growth plans.
Take full accountability for recruitment performance across Tech, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions.
Identify hiring risks, anticipate talent needs, and proactively adjust priorities and resources to ensure recruitment targets are met.
Balance hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience while continuously improving recruitment outcomes.
Own the overall effectiveness, scalability, and continuous development of the Talent Acquisition function.
Leverage recruitment data, technology, and AI-driven solutions to support better decisions and improve team productivity.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective hiring strategies.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, including solid experience leading and developing recruitment teams.
A strong track record of building high-performing teams, developing experienced professionals, and creating a collaborative, accountable team culture.
Experience managing recruitment in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, ideally within the technology or digital business sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and hiring delivery across different business functions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge, and advise senior leaders.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and measurable business outcomes.
A data-driven mindset, with experience using recruitment KPIs and analytics to improve performance.
Strong communication, coaching, feedback, and conflict-resolution skills.
A proactive, ownership-driven approach and the ability to navigate changing priorities.

GROSS SALARY
The salary range for this position is 4 500€ - 5 800€ gross per month, depending on your experience.
