We’re growing fast, and we need a Talent Acquisition Partner who doesn’t just fill roles, but builds long-term hiring partnerships with our business teams. Someone who understands talent, sees potential beyond a CV, and knows how to turn hiring into a competitive advantage.

POSITION BREAKDOWN

• You’ll own the business roles hiring journey end-to-end and act as a trusted partner to our teams:

• Lead the full-cycle IT and non-IT recruitment process, from role discovery to offer stage;

• Partner closely with hiring managers to shape role profiles, hiring strategies, and expectations;

• Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn and other channels;

• Run structured interviews and ensure data-driven hiring decisions;

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience - transparent, human, and fast.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• Proven experience in recruitment / sourcing;

• Strong ownership mindset - you like owning results, not just tasks;

• Understanding of business roles, terminology, and market trends;

• Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities without losing focus;

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in recruitment;

• Fluent communication in Lithuanian.

GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is 2200€ - 3200€ gross per month, depending on your experience.
