Product Designer (Payments team)

We're growing and looking for a Product Designer to join our Payments team and own the end-to-end checkout experience. You'll work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Manager to create seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy purchase flows, using data and experimentation to improve conversion. POSITION BREAKDOWN

• Lead the end-to-end design of checkout, guest checkout, and the shopping cart, from discovery to high-fidelity design and post-launch iteration;

• Design clear, intuitive, and trustworthy purchase flows for both buyers and sellers, balancing conversion with payment success and safety;

• Map and visualize user journeys to align the team around the customer experience;

• Drive conversion rate optimization by identifying friction and drop-off points in the funnel, forming hypotheses, and designing solutions that measurably improve conversion;

• Plan and run A/B tests with stakeholders and data analysts: define success metrics, design variants, interpret results, and turn learnings into the next iteration;

• Combine qualitative research (interviews, usability tests, session replays) with quantitative data to shape product direction and make user-centered decisions;

• Give and receive thoughtful feedback to help raise the quality bar across the design team.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• Experience designing digital products, ideally in fast-paced B2C or marketplace environments;

• Proven ability to own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and strategy to execution and delivery;

• Strong UI and interaction design skills, supported by a user-focused, data-informed portfolio;

• Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, such as checkout, payment, or order management, is a strong plus;

• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems;

• Experience applying user-centered design principles and conducting research independently;

• Strong ownership mentality with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify design opportunities independently;

• Clear and confident communication skills when presenting and explaining design decisions to stakeholders;

• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian;

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing is considered a strong plus.

GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is €3500 - €6000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
