The Opportunity

Our studio is looking for a proactive Production Coordinator to join our Studio Operations team. We are looking for a problem solver who is passionate about high quality support and eager to find new ways to streamline our current processes.

This position is hybrid and requires onsite presence in our Chatsworth office three days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Executive Support:Manage complex and dynamic calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare and submit expense reports. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, prioritize competing demands, and ensure leaders are prepared and set up for success.

  • Event Coordination:Plan and execute team meetings, summits, and onsite or offsite events, managing logistics such as space planning, catering, materials, communications, and day of coordination to create seamless experiences.

  • Team Operations and Communication:Maintain team distribution lists, Slack channels, and shared resources to support clear and consistent communication. Schedule meetings and manage team calendars, support agenda creation, capture notes when needed, and track follow-ups.

  • Studio Experience:Proactively maintain department common areas and participate in creative sessions to thoughtfully brand and enhance the team workspace experience. Partner with the Workplace Experience team to advocate for the team's needs and act as a liaison to studio leadership on onsite needs.

  • Operational Support:Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to manage hardware and software needs, assist with space planning and internal moves, and provide guidance on company processes related to travel, purchasing, and facilities.

  • Process Improvement:Continuously look for opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and introduce scalable processes that support a growing and evolving team. Participate in cross-training within the Studio Operations group to maximize overall studio support.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience:A proven track record in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role, ideally supporting senior leaders and global teams in a fast-paced environment.
