In this job role you have to ensure safe, efficient and continuous operation of PGP plant during the shift You have to work towards ensuring Zero Safety Incidents at Plant. Report any Near Miss/Incident/Accident Furthermore, you have to organize safety programs the Plant, including Toolbox talks/Safety Meetings/awards etc Then you have to ensure products
manufactured/supplied meet prescribed quality standards as laid down by the company In this job role you have to plan and coordinate with raw material suppliers'/source locations to ensure timely receipt of inputs for production that meet the required input quality standards You need to ensure quality testing is carried out, and traceability is maintained
from source to delivery for all products as per the defined SOPs Then You have to maintain Batch Quality control records for medical gases including incoming raw materials accounting of all purchases and ensuring timely payments to vendors You have to prepare MIS reports monthly, daily and shift reports pertaining to lant operations You have to meet
KPIs for the plant such as Production Targets, Productivity, Loss reduction, Cost Control, Cylinder Tracking etc.
