responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications
setting up and installing new computers, networks and software
setting up user accounts and profiles on the network
installing updates, known as patches, to software applications
installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office
diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
maintaining inventories of hardware and software
managing backups of servers, in case of data loss
keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference
Requirements
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management / IT Support
• Good command of English
• Strong IT service management and troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent client coordination and project management skills
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and IT troubleshooting
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms
• Ability to work in compliance with ITIL and ISO standards
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Age: 22–29 years
• Male candidates only
• Completed military service or exempted
• Able to commute to Abu Rawash
• Immediate availability is preferred
