Ella Resorts is a Greek hospitality group running a collection of beachfront lifestyle resorts on Mediterranean shores, with corporate roles based in Marousi near Athens. Its properties include Ella Alkyna, Ella Elyra and Ella Rocrita on the islands of Rhodes and Corfu, and the name comes from the Greek word for come, presented as an invitation to guests. The group recruits heavily for the summer season, hiring food and beverage managers, bartenders and mixologists, cooks at several grades, front office agents and other hotel operations staff alongside head office teams.

"Ella ” means ‘come’ in Greek. A heartfelt invitation to explore, connect, and feel inspired. At Ella Resorts, we open our doors to a world where every moment becomes a cherished memory. We reimagine the art of resort living for the modern lifestyle traveler. Those who seek not just a destination, but a meaningful journey.
