Der CRM-Systemadministrator spielt eine zentrale Rolle in der professionellen Abteilung für Businesssysteme und -lösungen und ist verantwortlich für die Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems, insbesondere Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online.

Aufgaben

  • Systembetreuung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online
  • Überwachung und Betrieb sowie Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenanforderungen im CRM-System
  • Einrichtung und Anpassung neuer Anwenderbereiche und deren Workflows
  • Betreuung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister für das CRM-System
  • Überwachung der Anbindung von Email, Telefonie, Web-Formularen sowie Social Media an das CRM-System
  • Unterstützung der Umstellung des Web-CMS Sophora auf Unified Sophora
  • Erkennung und Behebung von Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den IT-Teams
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Datenschutzanforderungen inkl. Implementierung des DSGVO-Moduls
  • Unterstützung der Product Owner und Koordination der CRM-Anwenderbereiche
  • Pflege der Systemdokumentation u.a. in einem Wiki/Confluence
  • Zuverlässiger Kundensupport
  • Fehler- und Testmanagement

Must Haves

  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in IT-Service und Systemadministration, insbesondere mit Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 und Betrieb von CRM-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse im ITIL V.3- bzw. V.4-basierten IT Service Management
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Technologien: Windows 11, Windows Server, ActiveDirectory, Azure
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Web-Technologien, MS Power-Plattform, Power Automate
  • Erfahrungen in Anbindung von Exchange Email-Systemen und Telefonie-Schnittstellen
  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Medienerfahrung in einer Rundfunkanstalt oder 3 Jahre im Produktions- und Sendeumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)

Nice to Haves

  • Abschluss als Diplom-Ingenieur oder -Informatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zertifizierungen: PL-900, PL-200, MB-910, PL-400
