Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Solution Architect

(m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Android Automotive, der die Architektur, technische Führung und Umsetzung von HMI - Anwendungen (In-Vehicle Infotainment) verantwortet. Die Rolle kombiniert technische Expertise, Kundenkommunikation, Delivery Management sowie die fachliche Leitung und Unterstützung von Entwicklungsteams

Start: flexibel nach Absprache

Standort: Ingolstadt (3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort, 2 Tage pro Woche remote)

Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die End-to-End-Architektur und das technische Design von Android Automotive HMI-Lösungen.

  • Steuerung und Unterstützung der Entwicklung mit Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack, AAOS/AOSP und Automotive Frameworks.

  • Umsetzung und Integration von IVI-Funktionen wie Medien, Navigation, Bluetooth, Telefonie, Sprachassistenten, Fahrzeugeinstellungen und Kameralösungen.

  • Unterstützung als Proxy Product Owner bei Anforderungsmanagement, Planung, Priorisierung und Abstimmung mit Kunden sowie internen Stakeholdern.

  • Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards durch Teststrategien, CI/CD-Prozesse, Code Reviews, Performance-Optimierung und Fehleranalyse.

  • Technische Führung, Coaching und Mentoring von Entwicklerteams in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Anforderungen (Must Haves):

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Android-Entwicklung, idealerweise im Automotive- oder Embedded-Umfeld.

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose

  • Solides Architekturwissen: Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVI, SOLID, UML

  • Kenntnisse in AOSP/AAOS, Android Framework und Car APIs

  • Erfahrung mit Android Testing, CI/CD, Gradle und Debugging-Tools

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.

  • fließende Deutsch - (mind. C1 Niveau) und Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-Have:

  • Erfahrung in Android Automotive- oder IVI-Serienprojekten.

  • Kenntnisse von Automotive-Technologien wie VHAL, HAL, Fahrzeugkommunikationsprotokollen sowie ASPICE, Functional Safety, ISO 26262 oder ISO/SAE 21434.

  • Erfahrung mit Embedded Linux und Performance-Optimierung.
