Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Solution Architect (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Android Automotive IVI/HMI, der die technische Gesamtverantwortung für Architektur, Design und Umsetzung moderner Infotainment-Lösungen übernimmt.

Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die End-to-End-Architektur von Android Automotive IVI/HMI-Anwendungen.

  • Übersetzung fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen in skalierbare, sichere und wartbare Softwarelösungen.

  • Technische Führung der Entwicklung mit Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack, AAOS/AOSP sowie Automotive-spezifischen Frameworks.

  • Steuerung und Unterstützung der Umsetzung von Infotainment-Funktionen wie Navigation, Media, Bluetooth, Telefonie, Sprachassistenten, Fahrzeug- und Benutzereinstellungen.

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Product Ownern, UX-, Integrations- und Entwicklungsteams zur Anforderungsanalyse und Lieferplanung.

  • Sicherstellung hoher Softwarequalität durch Teststrategien, Code Reviews, CI/CD-Prozesse und Release-Management.

  • Unterstützung bei Performance-Optimierung, Fehleranalyse, Systemintegration und technischem Troubleshooting.

  • Mentoring von Entwicklern sowie technische Führung verteilter Onshore-/Offshore-Teams.

Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Android-Entwicklung, idealerweise im Automotive-, Embedded- oder Connected-Products-Umfeld.

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse Kotlin, Jetpack Compose und modernen Architekturkonzepten (Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVI, SOLID).

  • Erfahrung mit Android Framework, AAOS / AOSP, Testing-Frameworks, CI/CD-Pipelines und Debugging-Tools.

  • Kenntnisse in Systemintegration, Performance-Optimierung und Auslieferung produktionsreifer Software.

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.

  • Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2 Niveau)

Tools:

  • Android Studio, Gradle, Git, Gerrit/GitHub/GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins/GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD tools.

  • adb, logcat, bugreport, Perfetto/Systrace, Android Studio Profiler, emulator, bench/device test environments.

  • Figma or equivalent UX/design collaboration tool.

  • DOORS, Polarion, Codebeamer, or customer-specific ALM/traceability tools are advantageous.
