Standort: Großraum Düsseldorf (Eine regelmäßige Anwesenheit von mindestens fünf Arbeitstagen pro Woche ist erforderlich)

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung von Standardsoftware (Auswahl, Bereitstellung, Konfiguration)

  • Betreuung der eingesetzten Browser und der eingesetzten Isolation-based Security

  • 2nd und 3rd Level Support der vorgenannten Produkte

  • Technische Betreuung bei Softwareausschreibungen

Must Haves:

  • Mindestens 3-jährige Erfahrung mit dem Betrieb komplexer Windows-Umgebungen

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in:

    • Windows Server

    • Windows Clients

    • Hyper-V

    • Citrix Server

  • Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Betreuung von Browserlösungen sowie Isolation-based Security-Lösungen (z. B. HP Sure Click)

  • Mindestens 3-jährige Erfahrung mit Windows Virtualisierung

  • Gute Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen wie PowerShell, Batch und VBScript

  • Erfahrung mit BI-Lösungen, idealerweise Power BI

  • Erfahrungen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support

  • Erfahrungen in der Finanzverwaltung

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1 Niveau)

    Nice to Haves:

  • Kenntnisse aktueller Compliance-Anforderungen und IT-Sicherheitsstandards

  • Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Sektor oder Behördenumfeld

  • Zertifikate
